Order Cancellation

Order processing may take up to 72 hours. You may cancel your order free of charge during this period. If you wish to cancel after this time, applicable return shipping fees will be charged. To cancel your order, please contact us at: yingheshangmao777@163.com.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours after your order is placed, we will automatically issue a refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at yingheshangmao777@163.com to arrange a refund or exchange. You must notify us via email within seven (7) days of the purchase date and provide proof of damage or a related report. Eligible items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and labels intact.

Once we receive your email and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) business days for the refund or exchange to be processed from the date we receive your item. We will notify you via email once the process is complete.
