This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping regions, methods, delivery times, associated costs, and other related procedures for orders placed with Kamiuzzly.
1. Shipping Regions & Delivery Estimates
Our products are available for shipping worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination distance and the efficiency of local carriers. The standard shipping time from our facility to your destination typically ranges from 7 to 15 business days.
Please Note: The exact delivery time is subject to the carrier’s standard transit times and the specific shipping method you select at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country/region, the total weight, and dimensions of your order. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed and itemized during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
3. Production & Total Delivery Timeline
The total delivery time is comprised of both production and shipping phases:
- Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
- Standard Production Time: Typically 2 to 3 business days. For items in sufficient stock, we can ship within 24 hours.
- Order Processing: We begin processing your order and notify our production facility within 24 hours of receiving it.( Most of the products in our store are available for customization or direct purchase, with a case-by-case pricing policy. )
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations requested after this 24-hour window may incur fees, as production will likely have commenced.
4. Rush Order Service
For customers who need their items urgently, we offer a Rush Order service on select styles.
- On the product page, you may select your desired arrival date.
- If you choose a date earlier than our standard delivery estimate, the system will automatically calculate and display any additional rush production and shipping fees within the total price.
- Delivery Guarantee: If your order is delivered later than your selected rush delivery date, we will provide a 5% discount on your order total. If you do not receive your order within the chosen time frame, we will offer a limited refund.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
6. Shipping Disclaimer
- Uncontrollable Factors: Kamiuzzly shall not be held liable for any shipping delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to customs inspections, holidays, extreme weather, natural disasters, or epidemics.
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address and contact phone number provided are accurate and complete. Kamiuzzly is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.
